With over two decades of Real Estate experience under my belt, I focus on helping my clients realize the greatest return on their real estate investments. I am a motivated, results-driven individual excelling in utilizing technology and problem solving skills to effectively and efficiently help my clients achieve their Real Estate objectives.

Prior to relocating to Mexico, I was the Founder of a top producing Real Estate firm in Seattle, Awarded Top 100 Agents in WA State, Awarded Top 1% in Real Estate nationally, an annual recipient of Seattle Magazine’s 5 Star Award since 2002 and inducted into The Real Estate Hall of Fame. I have also authored two books for coaching real estate.
As an Interior Design enthusiast and a creative, I naturally married a Design Build Contractor. My husband Mitch and I both enjoy architecture and design and have renovated several homes and properties together, both personally and professionally, including a jungle project in Tulum, MX.
We enjoy our life in the Riviera Maya and love to travel throughout Mexico as well as worldwide. We currently reside in Xpu ha, MX.

An established General Contractor in Seattle, WA since 1997, I sold my business, and am now a local resident here in MX since 2018. I bring an English speaking, American standard and perspective to my expat clients. My work focuses on the creativity and diversity that Mexico offers and I work organically with the project, creatively redesigning the space to best fit my client’s needs.
My prior work in Seattle was featured in Seattle Met Magazine, Upscale Living Magazine and other notable high-profile publications, as well as having been awarded high accolades from HGTV.
Here in Mexico, I am semi-retired and simply enjoy being reinvigorated with a renewed passion of being hands-on and physically working again. I have gone back to my roots and enjoy pushing up my shirt sleeves and working with my hands. Remodeling and Building is a craft and a passion, and I truly love it.
As expats, my wife Joey and I were frustrated and initially overwhelmed with our own construction projects, as well as with the communication and quality standards in the area. Through the process, I built a team, an excellent local crew. I offer you the same crew I managed on our own home and projects. All honest, hard workers, who are now trained to my US standards for construction.
I personally manage each project and am on-site throughout the day.

As an expat, I cannot express how much smoother things can go with quality standards in place and communication in English, as well as videos that can be sent for updates if clients do not yet reside here locally. I am here to assist you with a trustworthy, communicative, high quality project management for your construction needs.
I source locally, all materials for the project. The Riviera Maya is the most popular place in the Mexico for expats. More tourism money is made between Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Tulum than the rest of the country combined. With the Tren Maya and tourist activity booming and construction on the fast rise, materials are a higher cost than other areas of MX, however it is still not as high as in the US or Canada. My team negotiates the best price for materials to keep the costs down as much as possible on your behalf.
